Building inclusive work environments that foster innovation, growth and advancement.
At Microdesk, we work as a team to provide advanced technologies and business processes to our customers that speed the adoption of BIM.
We are committed to creating an environment in which all of our employees feel valued, included, and empowered. We know that we are stronger when we work together and that means embracing the diversity of our team in age, gender identity, race, sexual orientation, physical or mental ability, ethnicity and perspective.
Whatever your background, we want an environment where we can do our best work, together.

In the past decade, however, women have flocked to architecture, engineering and design roles at all levels, including executive leadership teams. At Microdesk, we pride ourselves on an inclusive culture that supports women in both their professional aspirations and personal responsibilities. Prioritizing Professional Representation
Micordesk is committed to non-discrimination on the basis of sexual orientation or gender identity. We also support many non-profit organizations including Nashua Pride and are a proud sponsor of the 2020 Festival!
